We Must Learn to Fight Smart

It has been said that the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over and over, expecting a different result. Clearly we do not need to just go to the polls, or just elect constitutional candidates. That's all been tried and has failed over and over.

Action Items for Americans (Post BLM "Retreat")

The Bundy/BLM situation has brought to the forefront of many Americans' minds the fact that we have a lot to do. We have been incrementally deprived of our rights, our wealth and our land for a long time. For many Americans, this situation was the beginning of the proof of this truth that so many of us in the patriot movement have been warning us about for a long time.  We must tackle, with a vengeance (and with patience), the big task of restoring our rights, wealth and property.
Below are a few suggestions in skeletal form (not fleshed out, that's for each of us to do in our respective counties and states).

1.  Support Dave Bundy who was arrested last Sunday (4/6/14) and released the next day for refusing to disperse and resisting arrest, by showing up at all his court appearances.

2.   Support the two people who were detained and cited last Thursday (4/10/14) for failure to comply with officers at a barricade by showing up in force at all of their court appearances.

3.  Demand the BLM disarm its officials as they have merely an administrative function, not an enforcement function.

4.  Demand Congress eliminate the BLM.

5.  Demand your State legislature do its duty and write legislation admitting that the duty of managing the land within your State belongs to the People and that each County should be responsible for administrating the public lands that are within its borders. The jurisdiction belongs to the People and should be administered by government agencies closest to and accountable to the People.

6. Organize rallies in front of BLM offices all over the country, demanding they "leave OUR land" alone.

7.  Organize rallies in front of Sheriff's offices across the country, demanding they learn the Constitution better and refuse to follow any and all unconstitutional court orders.  We must end the trend of courts believing they have the final say. We the People have the final say! That's why we are the jurors, not the Judges (unless you waive your right to a jury trial).

8.  Organize rallies in front of court houses all across the country, demanding they begin instructing jurors of their right to judge the law as well as the facts. (See fija.org)

Something I believe is more important than anything else:  Restore confidence in the election process through the following process.

9.  Learned patriots, in States where the People wisely reserved to themselves the right to make propositions, which, if passed, become law, need to organize a team of capable people to write propositions reclaiming the power to count the ballots (paper) in all elections at the local level with video and audio  recording of every stage of the counting and public postings. (Remember:  It's not who votes, but WHO COUNTS THE VOTES that matters.)

10.  In States where the People have not reserved that right, patriots need to organize and figure out which route to take:  1) Get an amendment passed that allows the People to make Propositions so they can then write a Proposition like the one referenced above, or 2) Demand your legislators write and pass a bill that returns the power of counting ballots (paper) to the People at the local level with video and audio  recording of every stage of the counting and public postings.

11.  Encourage your county sheriff to join the CSPOA (Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association). If he does not, recall or elect a new Sheriff who will.  If he is, warn him to not allow the CSPOA to become corrupted and turned into a government subsidiary.

A patriot friend from Tennessee sent the following email:

"Great suggestions! Please add this to your list.

11. The people now call for the exposure of Senator Harry Reid and others involved with what has transpired in the Bundy assault, and their arrest if found guilty by a common law jury."

Gladly!

12.  Demand an investigation into the dealings of Senator Harry Reid and others who may be using their influence in D.C. to strip the Bundy's of their rights.

13. Demand an investigation into why all the other ranchers are no longer ranching.

14. Do not vote for any Congressman who has not taken a public stand to support the Bundy's.
